Arsène Wenger is widely regarded as one of the best coaches in world soccer. Dubbed ‘the miracle-worker’ by former Arsenal vicechairman David Dein, Wenger is often credited with revolutionising the modern game.
At Arsenal, the 61-year-old has won three Premier League titles and four FA Cups, following on from trophy-laden management spells in Japan and his native France. He also took the Gunners to the 2006 Champions League Final.
His 2003/04 Arsenal side, labeled ‘The Invincibles’, were unbeaten for the entire Premier League season – the only time this feat has been achieved in the past 132 years.
