As a player, Malta-born Dylan Kerr turned out for Sheffield Wednesday, Leeds United, Reading and Kilmarnock amongst others – a skilful leftback who enjoyed a 19-year playing career.
Memorably, he enjoyed a fantastic season in 1994/1995, during which he helped guide Reading to the old First Division play-off final, where the club came within minutes of making it to the Premier League for the first time.
After hanging up his boots, the 45-year-old headed abroad – first as assistant manager at South African club Mpumalanga Black Aces, and now as Technical Coach with Vietnamese Premier Division side Khatoco Khanh Hoa.
