Paul Buckle was most recently in charge of Blue Square Premier side Luton Town, having also managed Bristol Rovers, Torquay United and Weymouth.
At Luton this season, he guided the club to one of the biggest modern-day FA Cup shocks, as his unfancied non-league outfit triumphed 1-0 at Barclays Premier League side Norwich City.
As a player, Buckle appeared for a number of sides, particularly in the south-west, with spells at Torquay United, Exeter City, Weymouth and Tiverton Town, as well as Brentford and Colchester United.
