Tim Coe joined Aldershot Town as Head of Youth in the summer of 2009 having worked as academy coach and first team scout at Reading where he had the benefit of working under Steve Coppell, Brian McDermott and Brendan Rodgers.
Coe works with the Under-18s during the day as well as overseeing Centre of Excellence and Elite Centre players from the age of seven upwards.
